Do you feel an excitement for how the Holy Spirit is moving in the marketplace? No? You don’t notice it?
There are so many amazing businesses and every one of them is a desire placed in someone’s heart by God. He provided the vision and through obedience we are letting the Holy Spirit lead us to make those visions and dreams a reality.
God is looking down at His children and smiling with abounding joy at our work and our obedience. It is a good, good thing – a new thing! A powerful work that will change lives!
God has planted dreams, aspirations and goals in His people across the earth. They are dreams for business and creativity. For some, they seem far-fetched right now – impossible even.
But GOD!
He is rekindling the fire of passions and dreams. They look like things that have always been of interest or something you used to love to do. These are gifts from God. They are from Him to be used by you to not only bless others but to support yourself financially. You are a worker in His mission field and your influence is in the marketplace.
He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”
It takes money to grow ministries. It takes business owners and employees to earn the money to give. Make your business and your creative ventures your ministry. You don’t have to evangelize from your office to make your business your ministry. But you can impact the life of a customer or an employee by your actions and the way you serve.
Do it ALL for the glory of God!
So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. Don’t give offense to Jews or Gentiles or the church of God. I, too, try to please everyone in everything I do. I don’t just do what is best for me; I do what is best for others so that many may be saved.
Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope, comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say.
Receive the blessings of these dreams and visions of the future. These dreams are for you – to give you a hope and a direction for the future. Don’t be discouraged by the time it takes to see them come to pass. Just be diligent in the work day by day to get there. Bless others with the gifts you have been given. They are not random. They are yours!
This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.
Prayer
Lord, thank you for the dream you planted in me for business. Thank you for the fire and passion to keep moving forward to see your plan for me fulfilled. I am honored to serve you through my business and look forward to the lives that are going to be changed because of my obedience. Holy Spirit guide me each day to serve my customers with grace. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
